The 2018 Hyundai Sonata Earns the IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus Rating
Safety is number one on the road in Gastonia, and to keep it that way, you need a vehicle that can live up to the challenge of keeping you safe. That vehicle is the 2018 Hyundai Sonata, having earned the Top Safety Pick Plus rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
How does a vehicle become an IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus? It's put through five crash tests including driver-side small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, and head restraints, and must earn a rating of "good" in all five.
