2020 Hyundai Sonata: Coming Soon

It’s no secret Hyundai has stepped their game up with the new 2020 model lineup, adding in the all-new 8 passenger Hyundai Palisade and a bevy of upgraded designs across the board for all new models. It’s safe to say Hyundai continued that narrative with the unveiling of the new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. With an automotive industry that seems to be more worried about SUV’s and growing industry trends, Hyundai is breaking the mold and innovating on its already legendary and diverse lineup with its best year ever. Packed with a plethora of new features and technologies that aim to break the mold on the growing industry norms of “less is more”, you’ll be hard pressed to find a vehicle of any size or shape that can match the value of the new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. Additionally, when it comes to styling, Hyundai went above and beyond and created something much more appealing and desirable than your ordinary sedan. Looking for something that’s truly worth it? Get ready for the 2020 Hyundai Sonata!

Attractive Design

With almost a completely new look, virtually the only thing that remains the same on the new 2020 Hyundai Sonata is the fact that it’s a four-door sedan. For 2020 Hyundai went with sharp lines, a lower roof, trunk, and more savvy design choices giving the Sonata more likeness to that of higher-end European brands. To be completely honest, you’ll probably forget this is a Hyundai Sonata at first glance, and that’s not to sell any of the previous iterations short. In fact, the 2020 Sonata didn’t just get it’s looks by chance. The team at Hyundai made sure they were creating something worthwhile and dub the new design strategy “Sensuous Sportiness” with the new styling direction introduced by the Chief Design Officer Luc Donckerwolke, who previously worked with luxurious high-performance automakers such as Audi, Lamborghini, and Bentley. A primary focus of the new design team is to keep all models in Hyundai’s lineup fresh and original instead of the usual similarities across all car models, so you won’t be finding any redundancies with the 2020 Elantra or 2020 Accent. Overall, the impressive and new design choices make the 2020 Hyundai Sonata stand out from the crowd in a special way and will surely create a conversation across the entire automotive industry.

Beauty & Brains

While good looks are sure to catch the eye, how does Hyundai plan on holding the conversation? New features such as a digital key with smartphone capabilities such as unlocking and locking the vehicle via mobile app for more control.  It’s an awesome feature built for the ever growing digital and mobile trends and even allows for package delivery into your trunk. Safety and driver assist features come standard in 2020. With the use of 3 radar sensors, 5 cameras, and 13 ultrasonic sensors for adaptive cruise control, lane-following assist, rear-collision braking, and even a blind-spot-viewing technology that shows the outside mirror perspective on the digital gauge cluster in the interior. Additionally, features that have never been seen on a Hyundai before including remote control parking, for those tight and hard to exit spots, as well as a new safety feature to alert and prevent you from opening your car door when there is traffic approaching unknowingly from the rear. Aside from the vast assortment of new safety features, standard and optional, there are also new aesthetics and more. Hyundai provides a very modern and luxurious feel for the new 2020 Sonata with an optional 12.3-inch digital cluster (the same size you’d find in an Audi A7), a 10.3-inch center entertainment/infotainment screen and a Heads-Up Display (HUD) that is far superior than anything the competition has to offer. Other features such as wireless charging with phone cooling technology, and more, will make you believe the new Sonata was battling in a different price category, but don’t forget that this is all available with a starting point of 23k. Hyundai understands value and is doing the most to provide as much as it can.
