Charlotte Auto Show - November 2013
The Charlotte Auto Show will be November 21st - 24th at the Charlotte Convention Center. The show will have a preview night on November 20th to benefitting all the area YMCA. Charlotte Ultra Swim – May 2013
Keith Hawthorne Automotive is proud to be involved and sponsor the Charlotte Ultra Swim presented by SWIMMAC. This event brings many of the greatest swimmers the United states has to offer to Charlotte NC. So many of the kids in the community who aspire to be Olympic swimmers get to see first-hand the level of commitment and dedication it takes to be one of the best in the world. Salute To Heroes Hockey - April 2013
The 8th annual Salute to Heroes hockey game take place on Sunday, April 7, 2013 following the Checkers 3 p.m. game against Milwaukee. The purpose of the evening is to honor those who serve, have served and have been injured or lost in the line of duty. Proceeds from the evening benefit families of fallen and injured public service workers. Read More

Keith Hawthorne Automotive is once again partnering with the Charity League inc. On March 14, 2013 at Carmel Country Club, Charity League inc. is hosting their 32nd Fashion Show. For more than 80 years, the dedicated women of Charity League have been looking into children’s faces and seeing promise and possibility. They see eyes that shine bright with hope. They see ears eager to listen and minds willing to learn. But above all, they see needs – for school clothing... for books and basic supplies... and for the kind of simple celebrations that bring joy into the lives of children. Ford Test Drive Event - Supporting our Heroes - November
On Saturday November 17th Keith Hawthorne Ford of Charlotte will host a drive 4 your community charity event in an effort to support families of our local public safety agencies. Just come by the dealership between 11am and 6pm and test drive any new 2013 Ford and $20 will be donated to the families in need from CMPD/MCSO/CFD/MEDIC. Read More

October 5th and 6th Keith Hawthorne Automotive will be out to support the 24hr Pickle Ball Tournament hosted by SCCL. This event is the second of three events SCCL is hosting in an effort to raise funds for our Veterans. The event begins at 10am on the 5th at Sun City Pickle ball courts.

Donation Presentation - South Point High School Band - October 2012
October 5th was a special night for our team at Keith Hawthorne Ford of Belmont. Scott Baucom and Aaron Suggs represented Keith Hawthorne Ford of Belmont at the South Point High School Football game and presented a donation for the South Point High School Band in the amount of $3640. These funds were raised in August at the Ford Test drive event we did in partnership with the South Point High School Band. Accepting the donation on behalf of the band was - Band Director Tim Hamilton, and Assistant Band Director Ricky Collins.

Mooresville Women’s Golf Association – 2012 Golfing To Kick Cancer Tournament - October 2012
On Thursday October 4th the Mooresville Women’s Golf Association will be hosting a tournament to benefit the American Cancer Society. Keith Hawthorne Automotive is proud to be a partner with this event to help raise proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society. Supporting our Veterans - SCCL 5K Run - September 2012
The 5K run was a huge success even with a little rain. There was a great turnout of about 100 runners in support of our Veterans. This was the first of 3 events being hosted by the SCCL in an effort to raise $10,000. "We can't thank Keith Hawthorne Automotive for all the support they are giving us," said Donna Maguire "Their partnership has helped our program grow in supporting others."

Charity Golf Outing - Sons of the American Legion Belmont, NC - September 2012
On Saturday September 29th the Sons of the America Legion Belmont is hosting a golf tournament to benefit the kids in our community. "Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia is proud to be a sponsor for this event that will go to help children in our community" said Anthony Barreiro General Manager. Charlotte Motor Speedway - Food Lion AutoFair - September 2012
What great day on Sunday September 23! Keith Hawthorne Ford of Charlotte was out in support of the Carolina Regional Mustang Club. There were hundreds of beautiful vehicles on display and many took home awards. Even Carolina Regional Mustang Club Member Frank DeFeo won best in show for the Mustang Club. Frank is Regional Manager and Spokesmen with Croftgate USA.

Ford Test Drive Event - South Point High School - August 2012
Keith Hawthorne Automotive is partnering with the South Point High School Band Program in an effort to raise $10,000. The funds will be used to pay for the high costs of competitions, instruments and uniforms the band program helps to provide each year. The Ford Test Drive Event will take place at South Point High School on Saturday August 18, 2012. Volunteers and Keith Hawthorne Ford team members will be on hand from 10am till 5pm for you to test drive a new Ford. The event will feature the new 2013 Ford Escape. Please stop and test drive a new Ford and up to $30 will be donated to help the South Point High School Band Program.

13th ANNUAL - FNRA EVENT – August 2012
Saturday August 25th was another record setter for the Union County/Monroe NC Friends of NRA Committee. On that night at our 13th Annual Banquet over $75,000 was raised which will be used to support worthwhile projects such as youth education, firearm training and safety, range development and conservation efforts which cannot fund themselves. All proceeds to this event will benefit various shooting programs including but not limited to Boy Scouts of America, Jr. ROTC, 4-H Clubs, the NRA's Eddie Eagle Program and the Union County NC Second Amendment Scholarship Fund. This event is the largest Friends of NRA BAnquet in North Carolina and it ranks in the top 20 out of over 1050 across the United States. If not for the generosity of Keith Hawthorne Automotive we could not reach such heights. "We can't thank Keith Hawthorne Automotive for all their support each year," said Vann Haigler.

Keith Hawthorne Automotive is partnering with South Mecklenburg High School Football Booster Club in an effort to raise $10,000. The funds will help South Meck provide the equipment and resources required to keep the players safe and competitive. The Test Drive Event will take place at South Mecklenburg High School on Thursday August 9, 2012. The event will be in the parking lot from 3pm till 8pm. Please stop and test drive a new Ford and up to $30 will be donated to the South Meck School Football Program.

Keith Hawthorne Automotive Partner with the Carolina Regional Mustang Club for this great event. Carolina Regional Mustang Club has been hosting Performance Driving Schools for the past 11 years. CRMC has always made safety the number one priority, emphasizing techniques that will make you a safer, more confident driver on the highway. You will learn the limits and capabilities of your car in a controlled environment. While the Performance Driving School is a high speed event, it is NOT a racing school!
